Fractional Chief AI Officer
Somebody told you to figure out AI. Now what.
You are already the bottleneck. Every question, every approval, every fire routes through you.
Adding AI sounds like one more thing to manage. So it sits on the list, week after week, while the people you compete with quietly move.
It should be the thing that takes work off you. Every week it doesn't is costing you.
Free. Thirty minutes.
The real cost
The most expensive problem in your business is the one nobody has put a number on yet.
The problem you can't name
Every business has one. A function that costs too much to run and too much to leave alone. A piece of work that comes back every week, eats hours, and still slips through the cracks. The new hire you know you need but can't afford.
The bill nobody hands you
That problem has a price. Most business owners have just never been handed the bill. Hours a week on work a system could handle adds up faster than it looks.
The math
Calculate your cost.
Every month
$9,750
Every year
$117,000
Hours a year
780
Your competitors are not waiting. Every month you stay the same is ground you give them. Not all at once. Just steadily.
Go from guessing
to a business that runs without you in the middle.
What is a Fractional Chief AI Officer?
A senior AI leader you bring in part time instead of hiring one full time. Same seat at the table, same decisions, a fraction of the cost.
I am not a consultant who hands you a deck and leaves. I identify the opportunities, build the solutions, and manage them as you scale.
How I work
Free
Free
01Discovery Call
I ask what is happening, what has been tried, and what did not work, to understand where you are. It decides one thing: whether there is something here worth a closer look. Nothing gets sold on it.

02The Assessment
I go into the business to diagnose, and come back with a roadmap. The most expensive problem first, what it costs every month, what to do about it. A doctor gives you a diagnosis before a prescription. That roadmap is yours either way, whether you work with me or not.
If it fits

03The engagement
Then we decide what fixing it actually takes. Sometimes one project, built once and handed over. Sometimes I stay on as your Chief AI Officer. Sometimes a full operating system. The Assessment defines the engagement.
What we build together
Three shapes. The Assessment tells us which one you need.
AI Operating System
An engine that knows your business, so it does not live in two or three people's heads. It runs the repetitive work. We start with the one problem costing you the most, and grow from there.
A Project or Retainer
Sometimes you need one thing built. Sometimes you need someone in the room instead. I stay on as your Chief AI Officer, so you have a senior AI person to think with every month.
Education
Your team already has the tools. They just do not know how to actually use them. I learn where your business is and train on tools like ChatGPT or Claude, so they become part of the workday.
What the other side looks like
Business is good. But you’re still buried.
You started a business, that turned into a job. Longer hours. No time to be sick. Hard to take a vacation.
But there’s a version where things stop falling through the cracks. Where repetitive tasks get done automatically. Where you can step out of the middle.
So you can take longer morning walks. Take that vacation. Start that hobby. Or sleep for days. However you use your time is up to you.
Eighteen years standing between a business need and a dev team.

Depth before AI
18+ years in Fortune 500 product management. Virgin Mobile. Boost Mobile. Papa Murphy's. Intermedia. I wasn't the outside consultant. I was inside the machine, managing up to $11M website redesigns and building an email program that drove 80% revenue growth. I coordinated remote development teams globally. Same translation, different product.
AI training
200+ hours in agentic engineering, AI agent architecture, and the Business AI OS methodology. I'm Python certified. And I've got a network of 800+ AI developers and engineers behind me. When a build needs more depth than one person, the team is already in place.
Fractional, not slower
Chief AI Officer roles went from 26% to 76% of surveyed organizations in one year, per IBM's 2026 CEO study. A full-time hire costs salary, benefits, and a full-time workload. Fractional is there when you need it.
For Fractional Operators and Consultants
Consultant Collective Partnerships
Bloated agencies are out. Consultant collectives are in. Independent consultants team up: sharing clients, sharing skills, splitting project revenue. Everyone keeps their own practice.
You've got a client who needs AI help, and the project just went past what you do. That's not a dead end. It's the moment to bring someone in.
Here's how it works.
You keep the client relationship.
I work underneath or beside you.
Your client pays a fraction of what an agency would charge.
Questions I get asked
You've been the system long enough.
Tell me the one problem that is costing you the most.
No pitch. A conversation. Thirty minutes where I ask what's actually going on, and find out if there's a real fit.
