## What this site is

Revaya AI is a fractional Chief AI Officer practice. I identify the most
expensive, most repeated problem in a business, diagnose it in a paid
Assessment, then build and run the fix, sometimes as a project, sometimes as
an ongoing engagement, sometimes as an AI Operating System.

## How I work

1. Discovery Call (free, 30 minutes) — decides whether there is a real
   problem worth a closer look. Nothing is sold on this call.
2. The Assessment (paid) — interviews the people doing the work, walks the
   systems, and returns a ranked roadmap: the most expensive problem first,
   what it costs every month, and the next step. The roadmap is Shannon's
   client's either way, whether or not they build anything after it.
3. The engagement (if it fits) — the Assessment defines what gets built next.

## What gets built

- **AI Operating System** — an engine that knows the business, runs the
  repetitive work, and starts with the single most expensive problem.
- **A Project or Retainer** — either one thing built once and handed over, or
  an ongoing fractional Chief AI Officer relationship.
- **Education** — training a team on tools they already have (ChatGPT,
  Claude) so the tools actually get used.

## Who this is for

Business owners who already know they need AI, are already the bottleneck in
their own company, and have not been able to name the specific, dollar-priced
cost of that bottleneck yet.

## Background

18+ years in Fortune 500 product management (Virgin Mobile, Boost Mobile,
Papa Murphy's, Intermedia) before moving into AI. 200+ hours of agentic
engineering training. Backed by a network of 800+ AI developers and
engineers for builds that need more depth than one person.
